Bristol Dry Gin, made by the Bristol Spirits Collective in Bristol, has won a top award at the World Gin Awards yesterday, 25th February. The company’s Classic 40% Gin was named was named the Best English Classic Gin and awarded the gold medal in an announcement made through social media due to Covid 19 restrictions.

Start off with a gin and tonic before experiencing a selection of small batch gins as our distiller takes you on a journey through the history and production methods of the spirit. Our tastings are casual while still being informative, and are hosted by one of our very own friendly distillers, who will have you feeling relaxed and ready for a tipple. Its the ultimate bristol experience for gin lovers from the most highly awarded distillery in Bristol.
Maximum Numbers:
We can host up to 40 guests at our distillery, but if you are looking for a larger event, we are able to utilise one of our partner venues with much higher capacities.
You will be presented with a beautifully garnished gin and tonic on entry and move on to sample five gins that are either local to Bristol or exceptional in their production. Tonic water and mixers are provided.
We also have a great selection of non alcoholic spirits for those who would prefer not to drink alcohol. Please let us us know, when booking, if someone from your party would like the non alcoholic option.

Our private and corporate tastings usually last up to 2 hours, and can be arranged at most times and days of the week. Drop us an email with some numbers and suggested times, and we will do our utmost to accommodate.
